Payment
Muscaliet.co.uk uses a secure ‘https’ connection for its sales website pages. Payment for orders is handled by PayPal.com and the web browser will be redirected to a secure PayPal.com page on proceeding to checkout. PayPal account payments are accepted, and all major credit/debit cards are accepted without the need to create a PayPal account.

If you notice that there are problems with your payment, or with your order once it has been placed and before it has been completed by us, please contact us at sales@muscaliet.co.uk.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping to UK addresses (domestic shipping) is free. Shipping outside of the UK (international) is charged at a flat rate of £5.
If large amounts of any publication are required, please contact sales@muscaliet.co.uk to discuss arrangements. Postage is fulfilled through Royal Mail. Orders in the UK will be usually be shipped as second class postage; international orders will be shipped as international standard delivery (5-7 working days).
From the notification of your order being completed (this will happen via email), please allow up to 14 working days for UK delivery and 21 working days for international delivery.
Product Information & Order Terms
Any product for sale by Muscaliet.co.uk is described as accurately as possible and to the best knowledge of the seller. All copyright for each publication rests with the author(s) and this includes any associated marketing/advertising text quoting their work.
By placing your order with us, you accept that at the time of shipping, all orders are sent in an as-new, well-packaged state and that any damage that occurs in transit is not intended by Muscaliet Press. You accept that once an order is fulfilled (‘completed’) by Muscaliet, delivery times are subject to the service of Royal Mail. You also accept that dissatisfaction with the written content of the book(s) purchased does not constitute reasonable grounds for a full or partial refund.
Orders may not always be completed in the usual time period as a result of busy holiday periods and public holidays such as Christmas Day, Boxing Day, Good Friday or Bank Holidays. There may be exceptional periods where orders cannot be placed or fulfilled: these will be stated on our website. The store may also be closed on such rare occasions.
Problems with your Order

If our product(s) do not reach you within the stated period above, please notify us through the above email address and we will happily assist.
If your order does not reach you in a satisfactory condition, you may be eligible for a refund. We regret, however, that we are unable to accept returns.
